We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain a clean and organized workplace. The candidate should be punctual, disciplined, and able to handle basic office assistance tasks efficiently.
Job Role
Assist in day-to-day office activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office
Support staff with basic administrative and housekeeping tasks
Handle office errands and document movement
Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office and meeting rooms
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery work
Assist in loading/unloading and shifting office materials if required
Open and close the office as instructed
Support all departments with basic office assistance work
Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained
Perform outdoor tasks such as bank work, courier, or document submission if required
Requirements
Basic reading and writing knowledge
Honest, punctual, and responsible nature
Ability to follow instructions properly
Good behavior and communication skills
Prior experience in office assistance work will be preferred
