Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine administrative work.
Handle courier deliveries — inward and outward.
Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Help with setup and arrangement during meetings and events.
Deposit or collect documents/payments from banks, post offices, or clients as needed.
Ensure proper locking, opening, and maintenance of office premises.
Support HR/Admin team in daily operational activities.
Minimum Qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role (freshers can also apply).
Basic understanding of office hygiene and etiquette.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
