Aarvya Infotech is looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The person will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness and organization, serving refreshments, handling basic office errands, supporting staff, and ensuring the office remains well maintained throughout the working day.
Key Responsibilities
Open and prepare the office before working hours and ensure proper closing procedures at the end of the day.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, reception area, meeting room, pantry, and common office areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, management, clients, and visitors.
Keep drinking water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, disposable items, and pantry supplies properly stocked.
Wash and maintain office cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment hygienically.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and movement of documents within the office.
Handle local office errands such as courier dispatch and collection, document delivery, stationery purchases, bank-related deposits or document submissions when authorized by management.
