Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Clean the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Ensure cleanliness of washrooms and common areas throughout the day.
Handle basic errands such as collecting or delivering documents within or outside the office.
Assist in filing documents and other clerical work as needed.
Monitor and restock office supplies like stationery and pantry items.
Support staff with photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain hygiene and proper sanitation in the pantry and kitchen area.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, serving refreshments, etc.).
Any other duties assigned by the management.
