Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, cabins, pantry, and washrooms.

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.

• Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement.

• Assist staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Open and close office premises as per office timings.

• Handle courier, dispatch, and collection of documents.

• Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform admin for requirements.

• Support in arranging meetings and office setups when required.

• Follow office rules, discipline, and confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass.

• Prior experience as an office boy/helper is preferred.

• Basic understanding of office work.

• Polite, disciplined, and well-groomed.

• Physically fit and willing to handle routine office tasks.

• Punctual and responsible.

Working Hours:

• 9-08 PM

Salary:

• As per company standards / Negotiable

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
