We are looking for a Helper/Labour to join our team at Zobocon Engineering Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹24500 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist painters with tools, materials, and equipment.

Prepare the worksite by cleaning, sanding, and removing dust.

Carry and manage materials like paint, putty, rollers, and ladders.

Maintain cleanliness and keep the site safe and organized.

Follow safety rules and use basic protective gear.

Mix paint and clean tools under supervision.

Support touch-up and basic painting tasks when required.

Communicate with the team and follow supervisor instructions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
