Job Summary:

The Peon / Office Helper will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling basic office tasks, and ensuring a smooth working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and common areas

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Opening and closing of the office daily

• Deliver and collect files, documents, and parcels within or outside the office when required

• Assist staff during meetings, shoots, or office events

• Monitor and inform administration about pantry and cleaning supply requirements

• Ensure office furniture and equipment are kept clean and organized

• Minimum qualification: Basic literacy (able to read and write)

• Prior experience as a peon/office helper preferred but not mandatory

• Punctual, disciplined, and reliable

• Polite and respectful behavior towards staff and visitors

• Physically fit to handle daily office work

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
