A Helper / Peon is responsible for supporting daily operations by assisting staff with basic tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist staff with routine office or workplace tasks
Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including work areas, pantry, and restrooms
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
Handle movement of files, documents, and materials within the office
Support loading, unloading, and arranging of materials or supplies
Ensure proper placement and care of office equipment and furniture
Perform basic errands as assigned by supervisors
Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
Skills & Requirements:
Basic literacy preferred
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Physically fit to handle routine duties
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Willingness to assist in multiple tasks
