Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Lite Technology Company Private Limited. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹16,000.We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Installation Helper to assist the electrician and installation team in setting up lighting fixtures at our showroom and client sites. The candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and willing to learn electrical installation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electrician in installation of indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures.

• Support in wiring, drilling, fitting, mounting, and fixing of lights.

• Carry and arrange tools, ladders, and materials at site.

• Help in loading and unloading lighting products safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at installation area.

• Assist in testing of lights after installation.

• Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines.

• Support minor maintenance work in showroom when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools (preferred).

• Physically fit and able to handle field work.

• Prior experience in electrical or installation work (preferred but not mandatory).

• Willing to travel within Mumbai for site installations.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
