We are looking for a Helper to join our team Absolute Shawarma Kharagpur to assist with daily Café operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining café cleanliness, handling customer orders, manage sitting arrangement, cleaning of basic crockery and help kitchen staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7000 - ₹10000.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning the cafe and prepare for operations includes arrangement of tables and chairs.
Maintaining cleanliness and prepare the tables for next customer.
Taking orders and serving orders to tables.
Managing customer during rush.
Keeping good formal engagement with customers during the service.
Supporting kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.6 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
