Job Role:

Solar Installation Helper

Work Location:

On-site (Residential & Commercial Rooftop Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

• Solar panel installation me technician ko assist karna

• Tools, bolts, structure aur panels handle karna

• Rooftop par safe tarike se kaam karna

• Wiring aur mounting ke time support dena

• Site cleaning aur material management

• Safety rules aur supervisor instructions follow karna

Qualification:

• Minimum: 8th / 10th pass

• Experience not mandatory (training provided)

• Fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain

Skills Required:

• Basic tools ka knowledge (spanner, drill, etc.)

• Height par kaam karne ki willingness

• Teamwork aur discipline

• Physical fitness

Working Hours:

• 8–9 hours per day

• Sunday off / as per project schedule

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (experience ke hisaab se)

• Overtime available
