Job Title: Picking, Packing & Loading Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Picking, Packing & Loading Executive to manage warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, packing them securely, and loading shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order requirements.

- Verify item quantity and quality before packing.

- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.

- Load and unload goods safely from delivery vehicles.

- Arrange and stack materials properly in the warehouse.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and company procedures.

- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.

- Assist in stock counting and inventory management when required.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

- 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing operations (Freshers can also apply).

- Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.

- Basic understanding of warehouse processes.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

- Positive attitude and discipline.
