The Helper / Packer at BSM is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, primarily focused on packing, handling, and movement of goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are packed accurately, safely, and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products as per order and company standards

• Assist in loading and unloading of goods

• Ensure correct labeling and sealing of packages

• Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the packing area

• Support inventory handling and movement within the warehouse

• Follow basic safety and handling instructions

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting, moving cartons)

• Basic understanding of packing and handling goods (training will be provided)

• Attention to detail to avoid packing errors

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Experience:

• Freshers can apply

• Prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not mandatory

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
