Job Description – Packing / Loading & Unloading Assistant

Department: Packing / Stores / Dispatch
Reporting To: Supervisor / Warehouse In-Charge

Job Responsibilities:

• Packing and picking of materials as per dispatch instructions

• Boxing and unboxing of products and components

• Loading and unloading of motors, machines, and other materials

• Handling machines and heavy materials safely using proper tools and equipment

• Assisting in movement, stacking, and storage of goods

• Ensuring proper labeling and secure packing to avoid damage

• Supporting delivery and dispatch activities as required

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the packing area

• Following safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads

• Basic knowledge of packing and material handling processes

• Ability to work in a team and follow supervisor instructions

• Willingness to work in shifts / extended hours if required

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred

Education & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (preferred)

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers can also be considered)

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
