Key Responsibilities

●      Perform office-related outdoor tasks and errands as assigned.

●      Purchase office supplies, equipment, and other required materials from vendors and local markets.

●      Visit banks, courier offices, government offices, and other locations within Kolkata as required.

●      Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, deliveries, and collections.

●      Maintain regular communication with office staff during field assignments.

●      Use Google Maps effectively for route planning and navigation.

●      Coordinate through WhatsApp for task updates, location sharing, and work-related communication.

●      Maintain and submit daily travel and kilometer records for reimbursement purposes.

Eligibility Criteria

●      Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

●      Freshers are encouraged to apply.

●      Must own a bike or scooty in good working condition.

●      Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

●      Good communication skills and professional conduct.

●      Sound knowledge of Kolkata routes, localities, and transportation networks.

●      Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.

Transportation Reimbursement

●      Fuel/transportation reimbursement will be provided at ₹3 per kilometer.

●      Candidates are required to maintain accurate daily kilometer records.

●      Reimbursement will be processed on a daily basis upon verification of submitted records.

Preferred Skills

●      Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and mobile applications.

●      Ability to manage multiple outdoor assignments efficiently.

●      Prior exposure to courier handling, banking work, or document submission processes will be an added advantage.
