Responsibilities:

• Perform putty work and surface grinding for proper paint preparation.

• Handle de-rusting and surface cleaning of machine components.

• Carry out pilot spray painting as per required specifications.

• Apply primer/paint using proper spray gun techniques.

• Perform final finishing to achieve smooth and uniform paint quality.

• Identify and correct painting defects to maintain required quality standards.

• Maintain proper handling and cleaning of spray painting tools and equipment.

• Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of industrial spray painting

• Spray gun handling

• Putty & surface preparation

• De-rusting and grinding

• Final finishing & quality checking

• Ability to work according to production and quality requirements
