We are looking for skilled, semi-skilled, and experienced painters to join our painting workforce for residential, commercial, and builder projects.
Candidates should have knowledge of basic painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing work. Freshers with interest in painting can also apply — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior wall painting

• Prepare surfaces: cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying putty

• Apply primer, first coat, and second coat with proper finishing

• Use tools like rollers, brushes, sanding machines, spray machines

• Ensure proper color mixing and paint consistency

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the site

• Follow supervisor instructions and project timelines

• Support helpers and coordinate with team

• Conduct final touch-ups and finishing work

  Skills & Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of putty, primer, and paint mixing

  • Experience in interior/exterior painting (preferred)

  • Ability to handle painting tools and machines

  • Good finishing skills and attention to detail

  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and team-friendly

  • Willing to work at different locations

  • Freshers can apply (training provided)

    Eligibility

    • Age: 18 to 50 years

    • ID Proof required (Aadhaar mandatory)

    • Minimum 6 months painting experience (for skilled category)

    • Ready to join immediately or short notice
