Paint Line Supervisor

Paint Line Incharge Responsibilities 1 Directly supervise and coordinate the work of painting crews, ensuring timely schedule completion and adherence to quality standards. 2 Inspect painting work to ensure adherence to specifications, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. 3 Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the paint shop. 4 Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to painting staff, address performance issues, and maintain accurate records of employee time and performance. 5 Manage the inventory of painting supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, and storing materials. 6 Plan and schedule painting schedules, manage resources, and monitor progress against deadlines. 7 Identify opportunities for improvement in paint shop processes, workflows, and safety protocols. 8 Monitor and control paint shop expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment. 9 Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal rework and delays. Qualifications Must: · BE - Paint Technology / Chemical Engineering Desirable · Six Sigma Certified · APQP & PPAP Documentation knowledge as Per ISO 9001:2015
