Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, blast, grind, and mask surfaces to remove rust, grease, or old paint and ensure proper coating adhesion.
Paint Mixing: Select, thin, and mix industrial paint, primers, polyurethane, or epoxy coatings according to strict technical specifications.
Application: Operate high-pressure, airless, or pneumatic spray guns to apply even, defect-free layers without runs or drips.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, flush, and maintain spray nozzles, hoses, pressure pots, and paint booths after use.
Safety & Compliance: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) like respirators and hazmat suits while adhering to environmental and VOC (volatile organic compound) guidelines.
