Position: Offset Production Operator / Liquid Ink (Gravure) Operator

📍 Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities

Operate and monitor •Offset Printing Machines•• and/or Liquid Ink (Gravure) Printing Machines.

Perform machine setup, including •plates/cylinders, ink, paper/film, color and printing parameters••.

Ensure proper •color matching, registration, print quality and production standards••.

Monitor printing operations to achieve •daily production targets•• with minimum wastage.

Conduct regular machine checks and perform •basic troubleshooting••.

Identify and control printing defects such as •color variation, registration issues, ink-related defects and print quality problems••.

Maintain proper •production, quality and machine-related records••.

Follow all •safety, quality and production procedures••.

Coordinate with •Production, Quality and Maintenance teams•• to resolve machine and printing issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the printing machine.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of •Offset Printing Machine Operations••.

Hands-on experience in •Liquid Ink (Gravure) Printing Machine Operations••.

Knowledge of •printing inks, plates/cylinders, paper/film and color matching••.

Understanding of •printing quality standards and inspection••.

Basic knowledge of •machine troubleshooting and maintenance••.

Ability to identify and reduce •printing defects, wastage and production losses••.

Ability to work according to •production targets and deadlines••.

Good •teamwork, discipline, safety awareness and attention to detail••.
