Staff Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse – ICU to provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. The candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, ability to handle critical patients, and work effectively with the medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU as per hospital protocols.

• Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and other critical care equipment.

• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Assist doctors during emergency procedures and patient management.

• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their attendants.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of ICU equipment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in ICU

• Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration

• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and patient monitoring systems.

Skills Required:

• Critical care nursing skills

• Good communication and teamwork

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
