Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the hospital ward. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and supporting doctors in delivering effective treatment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ward as per established protocols

• Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and conditions

• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed

• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards are followed

• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care

• Coordinate with healthcare team members for patient care

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing

• Valid nursing registration/license

• 0–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply, if applicable)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in shifts (including night duty)

• Strong attention to detail and patient care

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ward or bedside patient care

• Basic knowledge of medical equipment handling

• Team-oriented with a caring attitude
