Monitor patients’ vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Respiratory Rate) regularly and report abnormalities to the concerned doctor.
🔹 Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately and on time.
🔹 Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures in the ward.
🔹 Provide wound care, dressing, catheterization, and other nursing procedures as required.
🔹 Maintain proper medical records of patient care, including observation charts and nursing reports.
🔹 Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants, providing counseling and health education.
🔹 Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control practices are strictly followed in the ward area.
🔹 Respond promptly to patients’ calls and provide compassionate care.
🔹 Assist in patient mobility and feeding as per care plan.
🔹 Handle medical equipment properly and report any malfunction to the concerned authority.
🔹 Follow hospital policies and guidelines regarding patient safety and data confidentiality.

• It is a Full Time నర్సు / సమ్మేళనం job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
