Job Description

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.

• Handle workplace injuries and medical emergencies promptly.

• Maintain employee health records and treatment documentation.

• Conduct routine health check-ups and monitor employees' health status.

• Assist the company doctor during medical examinations and health camps.

• Ensure the first aid room is stocked with medicines and medical equipment.

• Coordinate with nearby hospitals and ambulance services when required.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and statutory guidelines.

• Promote workplace health, hygiene, and safety awareness among employees.

Required Skills

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with a valid nursing registration.

• 1–3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or occupational health setting.

• Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
