Provide quality nursing care to patients as per doctors' instructions and hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs, condition, and progress, and report any changes to the treating doctor.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and on time.
Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation accurately.
Ensure infection control, patient safety, and cleanliness of the assigned ward or unit.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and educate patients and their attendants on treatment and post-care instructions.
