Staff Nurse

Patient Care:

Perform assessments, create care plans, and provide bedside care, including hygiene, wound care, and feeding.

Clinical Duties: Administer medications (oral, IV, injections), check vital signs, and assist physicians with procedures.

Monitoring & Assessment: Observe changes in patient conditions, reporting issues promptly to doctors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed electronic health records (EHR)

Patient Education: Instruct patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge instructions.

Collaboration: Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

Environment Safety: Ensure a clean, safe environment, adhering to infection control policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, while Advanced Life Support (ACLS) is often preferred.

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in clinical assessments, IV therapy, and medication administration.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, empathy, and ability to work under high stress.

Experience: Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting is usually preferred.
