Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards and medical protocols. The ideal candidate will support doctors, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care

• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation

• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are followed

• Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans and post-care instructions

• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment

Eligibility Criteria

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institute

• Valid registration with State Nursing Council

• Minimum 2 years of experience.

• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care protocols

• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

• Strong clinical and patient care skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping
