Able to perform pain-free, "one-prick" IV insertions even on difficult veins, maintaining a calm and reassuring appearance.
Proactively manage common IV side effects by adjusting flow rates or utilizing comfort measures to maintain a smooth, uninterrupted session. Constantly calibrate the infusion speed.
Track vitals and monitor for rare adverse reactions ensuring patient safety.
Able to track consumables and coordinate stock management to ensure zero downtime.
Able to dispose at the point of care so the patient never sees medical waste, while strictly adhering to biohazard protocols.
Provide post-treatment instructions and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and wellness goals are met.
