Position: Staff Nurse
Job Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, monitoring patients, and maintaining proper nursing records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients as per medical instructions.

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

• Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and comfort of patients.

• Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide immediate nursing support.

• Follow hospital/clinic protocols and maintain infection-control standards.

• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient care.
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification is mandatory.

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Responsible, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
