Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during consultations and procedures, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.

• Record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.

• Assist doctors during examinations and minor procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Collect blood samples and assist with laboratory investigations.

• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment, and follow-up care.

• Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and safety standards in the clinic/hospital.

• Handle medical equipment and maintain stock of medicines and consumables.

• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Requirements

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

• Valid Nursing Council registration.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and medical documentation.

• Ability to work in shifts and as part of a healthcare team.
