Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital standards and doctor’s instructions.

• Monitor, record, and report patients’ health status, including vital signs and symptoms.

• Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions accurately and on time.

• Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and procedures.

• Maintain patient records, charts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.

• Prepare and maintain equipment, instruments, and patient care areas.

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.

• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.

• Handle medical emergencies efficiently and calmly.
