Position: Staff Nurse (Ward / ICU /

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care, assist doctors in treatment, and ensure patient safety while maintaining hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients and record vital signs regularly.

Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patients' condition and promptly report any changes to doctors.

Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.

Provide wound care, dressings, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.

Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge instructions.

Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for patient care.

Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide basic life support when required.

Eligibility

ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

ICU experience is preferred for ICU Staff Nurse positions.

Experience

Freshers to 5 years of hospital experience.
