Core Duties and Responsibilities-
Patient Care: Check pulse, blood pressure, and temperature. Give medicines and start IV lines. Create and follow care plans.
Doctor Support: Help during medical exams and surgeries. Prepare medical tools.
Record Keeping: Write down patient symptoms, treatments, and daily progress.
Patient Education: Teach patients and families how to manage illnesses and handle home care after leaving the facility.
