We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors in daily medical activities. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting in treatments and procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients as per doctor’s instructions and hospital protocols.
Monitor patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist doctors during patient examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and nursing notes.
Observe patients’ condition and report any changes or emergencies to the doctor/senior nurse immediately.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control in patient care areas.
Prepare patients for tests, procedures, surgeries, or discharge.
Educate patients and their family members about medications, diet, and aftercare instructions.
Handle emergency cases and provide first aid or immediate nursing support when required.
Manage medical equipment and ensure proper use of hospital supplies.
Follow hospital safety guidelines, biomedical waste disposal rules, and nursing ethics.
