🏥 Hiring: Staff Nurse – ACLS Certified

Job Title: Staff Nurse

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing

Certification: Valid ACLS Certification Mandatory/knowledge

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Hospital / Emergency / ICU / Critical Care

Location: Any

Salary: ₹21,000–₹24,000 per month

Shift: 12-hour rotational shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.

Assess and continuously monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition.

Provide emergency nursing care to critically ill and unstable patients.

Demonstrate good knowledge of ACLS protocols and cardiac emergency management.

Perform CPR/BLS and assist in advanced life-support interventions during emergencies.

Assist doctors during cardiac arrest, resuscitation, trauma, and other medical emergencies.

Monitor patients and identify any deterioration in their condition, escalating promptly to the doctor.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice.

Handle and monitor emergency equipment such as AED/defibrillator, oxygen equipment, cardiac monitor, and other critical-care equipment.

Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and emergency documentation.

Follow infection-control, patient-safety, medication-safety, and clinical protocols.

Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals during patient care.

Required Skills

Valid ACLS certification

Strong practical knowledge of ACLS, BLS & CPR

Good understanding of emergency and critical-care procedures

Ability to recognize and respond quickly to medical emergencies

Strong patient-monitoring and clinical assessment skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Willingness to work rotational and night shifts

Emergency / ICU / Critical Care experience will be preferred
