We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team at Atlantis Hospital to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹18,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications, IV infusions, and oxygen therapy as per physician’s orders and nursing protocols.

• Monitor and record vital signs, ECG, ventilator parameters, intake/output, and other clinical indicators.

• Assist in life-saving and emergency procedures like CPR, defibrillation, intubation, and emergency medication administration.

• Prepare and maintain emergency trolleys, crash carts, and emergency drugs in readiness.

• Maintain patient’s records and reports.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma(GNM) or BSc (Nursing) and 6 months - 4 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
