Position: Staff Nurse – Home Care Services
Location: Lucknow
Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Hospital Nursing or home care nursing preferred
 
What You’ll Do:

Provide personalized nursing care to patients in their homes
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records
Administer medications and manage treatment plans
Educate patients and families on care procedures
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

BSc Nursing/GNM with primary state level registration
Strong communication and clinical skills
Empathetic, reliable, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse home settings
