🏥 Job Description – Staff Nurse (Male Only)

Position: Staff Nurse, Male

Location: Bengaluru (Healthcare Center)

Experience: Minimum 1 - 5 yrs (only in nursing)

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing (recognized by Indian Nursing Council)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹29,000 per month (Negotiable)

Joining – Immediate Joiner

Shift Requirement

• Male Nurses: 2 PM – 10 PM shift

• Female nurses may be considered for 2pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in OPD, wards, and diagnostic areas.

• Administer medications and monitor patient progress.

• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

• Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety.

• Educate patients and families about treatment and follow-up care.

Skills Required

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.

• Good communication and empathy.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Familiarity with hospital protocols and nursing ethics.

Working Conditions

• Full-time role with fixed shifts.

• Exposure to OPD, wards, and emergency care units.

• Compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
