Staff Nurse

We are looking for a OT Nurse to join our team at Sahayog Hospital an Entity of Ramade Memorial Hospitals Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain patient’s records and reports.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.

• Assist surgeons during procedures (scrub or circulating role)

• Maintain a sterile field throughout the operation

• Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to the surgical team

• Monitor patient condition and surgical environment

• Count instruments, needles, and sponges to prevent retained items

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
