• Manage nursing care for all patients during the shift.
• Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the concerned doctor.
• Resolve and report patient needs and concerns.
• Attend to medical emergencies and provide necessary nursing support.
• Maintain patient records with complete details such as UHID, dates, and other required information.
• Record and monitor vital signs such as BP, Sugar, Temperature, Pulse, and SpO2 as required.
• Attend patient rounds at scheduled times.
• Remain available at the assigned duty area (Reception/OPD) during working hours.
• Administer medicines as prescribed and according to the scheduled timings.
• Maintain and update NABH registers and related records.
• Communicate patients' medical requirements and updates to doctors.
• Maintain stock records and fitness/maintenance records of medical equipment.
• Handle software entries and update patient-related data accurately.
