Job Summary

Integricare Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated, skilled, and patient-focused Nursing Professionals to join our hospital team across multiple clinical departments. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care while maintaining professional standards, clinical protocols, and hospital policies.

Available Departments

- Emergency Department

- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

- Operation Theatre (OT)

- Private Ward

- General Ward

- Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Obs & Gynae)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their clinical condition and treatment plan.

- Monitor and document vital signs, patient condition, intake/output, and other relevant clinical parameters.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.

- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, emergencies, and clinical interventions.

- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.

- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, infection prevention and control practices, and patient-safety standards.

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment and nursing supplies.

- Identify and promptly report any deterioration in a patient's condition.

- Maintain effective communication with doctors, patients, attendants, and other healthcare professionals.

- Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients between shifts.

- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

- Follow department-specific clinical protocols and emergency response procedures.

- Support quality improvement and NABH-oriented patient safety practices.

Department-Specific Responsibilities

Emergency Department

- Rapid assessment and monitoring of emergency patients.

- Assist in resuscitation, emergency procedures, and stabilization of patients.

- Maintain readiness of emergency equipment, medicines, and supplies.

ICU

- Continuous monitoring of critically ill patients.

- Assist with ventilator care, invasive/non-invasive monitoring, and critical care procedures as per competency.

- Maintain strict infection-control and critical-care protocols.

Operation Theatre

- Assist in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care.

- Scrub/circulating duties as assigned and as per competency.

- Ensure proper preparation of OT, instruments, equipment, and consumables.

Obs & Gynae

- Provide nursing care to antenatal, postnatal, gynaecological, and obstetric patients.

- Assist during labour, delivery, procedures, and obstetric emergencies as per competency.

- Support newborn and maternal care as assigned.

Wards

- Provide routine and specialized nursing care to admitted patients.

- Conduct medication rounds, patient monitoring, documentation, and shift handovers.

- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for investigations, procedures, and patient care.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

- ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife

- GNM – General Nursing & Midwifery

- B.Sc. Nursing

Mandatory:

- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council / Nursing Council as applicable.

- Candidates must have valid registration at the time of joining.

- Relevant clinical experience will be an advantage; freshers may also be considered based on departmental requirements and competency.
