Job Title: Staff Nurse

Shift: Rotational Shifts (24×7 as per hospital requirement)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for delivering nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, assisting doctors, and maintaining medical records as per hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.

• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.

• Assist doctors during medical procedures and rounds.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Ensure proper infection control practices.

• Respond to medical emergencies promptly.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.

• Coordinate with other healthcare staff for smooth patient management.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the assigned ward/unit.

Requirements:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing

• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7 duty)

• Basic knowledge of medical equipment handling
