Job Title: GNM Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

The GNM Staff Nurse is responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients, supporting doctors in clinical procedures, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and patient condition.

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.

• Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.

• Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and reports.

• Ensure infection control practices and maintain ward hygiene.

• Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.

• Educate patients and attendants about treatment plans and basic care.

• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare staff.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institute.

• Valid Nursing Council Registration.

• 4–7 years of experience

• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care protocols.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

• Basic computer and documentation skills.
