Staff Nurse

Cradlewell provides professional newborn baby care and postnatal mother care at home.

We support families with trained nurses who can take care of newborn babies safely, hygienically, and patiently in a home environment.

We are looking for caring and responsible ANM Nurses who want to work in newborn baby care and mother support.

Job Role:

As an ANM Nurse at Cradlewell, your work will include:

• Taking care of newborn babies at home
• Helping with baby bathing, oil massage, diaper changing, and hygiene care
• Supporting mothers after normal delivery or C-section
• Helping the mother with feeding support and baby burping
• Monitoring basic health signs of baby and mother
• Maintaining proper hygiene and infection-control practices
• Supporting sleep routine and baby comfort
• Handling premature babies, twins, or sensitive newborn cases under guidance
• Updating the Cradlewell team about baby and mother’s condition
• Following Cradlewell’s care protocols and training instructions

This is not normal babysitting work.
This is responsible newborn baby care with proper hygiene, patience, and professional support.

Requirements:

• ANM qualification required
• 0–3 years experience can apply
• Experience in newborn care, maternity ward, NICU, pediatric ward, or mother-baby care is preferred
• Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn can also apply
• Must be caring, patient, disciplined, and professional
• Comfortable working in verified home environments
• Willing to work day shift or night shift
• Basic communication skills required
• Must maintain hygiene and safety while handling newborn babies
