ABOUT THE ROLE
-We are looking for a disciplined, trainable, and detail-oriented Nursing Staff member to join our clinical team at the Surat clinic.
-The role covers Operation Theatre preparation, assistance during hair transplant surgeries, PRP and GFC procedures under medical supervision, and post-procedure patient care.
-This is a hands-on clinical role. The selected candidate will be trained directly on advanced hair restoration technique, including the Clion SHI protocol, and will work alongside the consultant surgeon on live cases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, equipment, and consumables before every hair transplant
procedure as per clinic checklist.
● Assist the surgeon throughout the extraction and implantation stages of the procedure.
● Assist in graft cleaning, graft sorting and alignment, and graft spraying while maintaining graft viability
protocols.
● Ensure correct positioning, comfort, and monitoring of the patient during the procedure.
● Carry out PRP and GFC procedures, including blood collection and sample processing, under the
supervision and delegation of the treating doctor and strictly as per clinic protocol.
● Perform post-procedure dressing, wound care, and first-day wash guidance.
● Brief patients on post-operative instructions and escalate any complication, reaction, or deviation to the
treating doctor immediately.
● Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and hygiene of the Operation Theatre at all times.
● Carry out sterilisation of instruments and maintain autoclave and sterilisation records.
● Segregate and dispose of biomedical waste, including sharps, cotton, and blood-contaminated material,
in compliance with Biomedical Waste Management Rules and clinic infection control policy.
● Follow all infection control, patient safety, and consent-verification guidelines without exception.
● Maintain accurate procedure records, consumable usage logs, and patient notes, and preserve the
confidentiality of all patient information and clinical photographs in line with clinic policy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
● B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognised institution.
● Valid and current registration with the Gujarat Nursing Council or the relevant State Nursing Council. This is mandatory before joining.
● Working fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English comprehension for clinical documentation.
● Willingness to learn hair transplant technique and follow protocol exactly as trained.
● Calm, respectful communication with patients who are often anxious about the procedure.
● Discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail, with personal ownership of hygiene and sterility standards. In an Operation Theatre, small lapses have large consequences.
● Physically able to remain standing and assist through extended surgical sessions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
-Experience in Operation Theatre assistance, dermatology, hair transplant, aesthetic clinics, dressing and wound care, or general nursing will be an added advantage. -Freshers with the right qualification, discipline, and willingness to learn will be considered and trained in-house.
WHAT WE OFFER
● Fixed salary of Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, based on qualification and interview assessment.
● Structured in-house training on hair transplant assistance, graft handling, PRP and GFC, provided at the
clinic’s cost.
● Exposure to live surgical cases from the first month rather than years of waiting for Operation Theatre
access.
● Growth path into Senior Nursing Staff and Operation Theatre In-charge roles as the branch network
expands.
WORKING HOURS AND TERMS
● 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week, with four weekly offs per calendar month scheduled in advance
with the Clinic Manager.
● Surgical days may extend beyond scheduled hours. Any weekly off worked will be compensated with a
substitute off, to be availed within the following calendar month.
● Public holidays and all other leave as per the Clion Care leave policy.
● Probation period of three months, followed by confirmation subject to performance review. Notice
period of 30 days after confirmation.
● Appointment is subject to verification of qualification, council registration, and reference check.
