We are looking for a Nursing staff with experience in NICU, PICU and paediatric ward to join our team at Balgopal Hospital to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain patient’s records and reports.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
The minimum qualification for this role is ANM/GNM or BSc Nursing and Experience of 1 or more years. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must.
