Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Senior Process Lead to join the Global Project Management team at Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. Work Schedule Rotational Shift 5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST Job Responsibilities Create, review and revise training material and plans to support the training requirements of the department. Ensure training resources are available to meet the needs of the department. Create, review or revise Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions to align with process or tool modifications. Ensure training resources are kept up to date with changes in procedures. Generate monitoring processes to ensure that trainees are competent to perform job duties. Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Complete required trainings according to required timelines. Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements. Leads the process improvement opportunities and manages the implementation of associated revised processes and procedures. Ensure support is provided to the manager in keeping the team metrics GREEN always. Provide inputs to the manager on team member metrics Collaborate with the workload dealer and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within specified timelines. Ensure quality issues identified by the QC reviewer are responded to within 1 day of being notified. Work with the manager to ensure timesheet and training compliance for all staff within the teams are at 100% every week. Work with QADs and ensure the training files are up to date. Ensure accuracy of data entered on the Daily task tracker and notify managers when defaults are identified. Be the single POC for the team in terms of the process questions along with the SMEs. Work on additional tasks and requirements as requested by the manager from time to time. Be a role model for the team in terms of due diligence to required technical and soft skill competencies to perform the job roles in Study Maintenance. Ensure team takes up additional workload over a period of time by building efficiencies. Notify the manager on additional resource requirements or capacity gaps. Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science Additional Job Standards Demonstrated ability to organize and communicate effectively.
