About Karuna

Karuna is building a technology-enabled home rehabilitation network that combines clinical expertise, personalised rehabilitation plans and technology-based progress tracking.

Role

We are looking for physiotherapists to deliver personalised rehabilitation programmes at patients' homes and become part of Karuna's multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments within your scope of practice.

• Deliver personalised exercise and rehabilitation programmes.

• Work with patients across orthopaedic, neurological, geriatric and post-surgical rehabilitation.

• Focus on mobility, strength, balance, gait, pain management and functional recovery.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement.

• Track patient progress and update session records through Karuna's platform.

• Escalate clinical concerns or changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinician.

• Coordinate with PM&R physicians and other rehabilitation professionals when required.

Requirements

• BPT / DPT / MPT in Physiotherapy.

• Freshers and experienced physiotherapists can apply.

• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently during home visits.

• Experience in home care, neuro, orthopaedic, geriatric or post-operative rehabilitation is preferred.
