Patient Care

Sanitization & Disinfection: Deep clean patient rooms, ICUs, OTs, and high-touch surfaces using hospital-grade disinfectants. Perform terminal cleaning when a patient is discharged.

Waste Management: Safely separate, handle, and dispose of biomedical, biohazard, and general waste in accordance with health and safety protocols.

Linen & Bed Management: Collect soiled linens, wash, sterilize, and restock clean bedsheets, gowns, and towels. Make up unoccupied beds for new admissions.

Clinical Support: Assist nursing staff with patient care routines, such as providing drinking water, transferring files, changing patient uniforms, and maintaining room organization.

Restock Supplies: Replenish tissues, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels in patient rooms and clinical restrooms.

Safety Protocols: Consistently use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Promptly report any facility maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or leaks.
