Job Description:

We are looking for a Patient Care Executive who will be responsible for managing patient interactions and ensuring a smooth front-office and patient support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming calls and respond to patients’ basic inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

• Manage reception duties, including greeting and attending to patients.

• Assist patients with appointments, documentation, and general support.

• Maintain proper filing of patient records and related documents.

• Follow up with patients as required regarding appointments, reports, or queries.

• Use computerized systems for tracking patient information, data entry, and information gathering.

• Provide accurate information, referrals, and support for routine transactions.

• Assist in troubleshooting patient-related issues and coordinating with internal departments when needed.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer handling.

• Experience in the healthcare sector will be preferred.

Skills & Other Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Patient, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.

• Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle patient queries calmly and efficiently.

• Comfortable working with computerized systems and basic data entry.
